Lot 40 Cask Strength Rye Whisky is a premium Canadian whisky made exclusively from 100% rye grain. Known for its bold rye spice, this exceptional whisky offers a rich and complex flavor profile that sets it apart from other rye whiskies.

For this year’s Cask Strength release, Lot 40 was initially aged in new American oak barrels, imparting its signature vanilla and caramel flavors. To enhance depth and complexity, 75% of the whisky underwent a finishing process in new French oak barrels, which adds layers of fruitiness, smoothness, and richness. This unique barrel treatment introduces tantalizing notes of ripe apple, golden honey, and subtle hints of dried fruit, perfectly complementing the classic rye spice that Lot 40 is renowned for.
